We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Foreman to lead and execute commercial HVAC installation projects in the field. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for planning, coordinating, and completing installations while working alongside an installation crew.

The ideal candidate is a skilled commercial HVAC installer with proven leadership experience who can read blueprints, direct crews, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  •  Lead commercial HVAC installation projects from start to finish.
  •  Supervise and work alongside installation crews in the field.
  •  Read and interpret HVAC blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
  • Plan work activities, sequence tasks, and coordinate labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Install and oversee rooftop units (RTUs), VAV systems, ductwork, exhaust fans, make-up air units (MAUs), and related HVAC equipment.
  • Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, inspectors, vendors, and other trades.
  •   Ensure all work complies with project specifications, local building codes, and OSHA safety requirements.
  • Monitor project progress, labor productivity, and material usage.
  •  Identify and resolve jobsite issues proactively.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

  •  Proven experience as a Commercial HVAC Foreman or Lead Installer.
  • Extensive commercial HVAC installation experience.
  • Strong knowledge of ductwork installation, equipment setting, rigging, and startup coordination.
  • Ability to read and interpret commercial HVAC plans and schematics.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing installation crews.
  • Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and jobsite safety practices.
  • Pipefitting experience is a plus, including knowledge of hydronic piping, refrigerant piping, and related mechanical systems.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to lift heavy materials, climb ladders, and work from lifts and elevated platforms as needed.Preferred Qualifications:
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
  • Experience coordinating multiple commercial projects.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
